The design process consists of many important steps:

Initial Visit: Landscape Technician will meet with property owner to discuss the project in detail including budget, and timeline. The more information the customer can provide University Landscaping regarding their vision, the smoother the design process will be.

Estimates: Approximate estimates are given based on needs of our customer. Each of our projects is unique and are quoted based on the size, materials and labour required.

Survey: Landscape Technician will measure existing conditions of site for accurate elevations and scaled measurements.

Design Draft: Draft of design is created using our clients’ vision and is given to the customer for verification or changes. Changes to the design, from the customer, can be made at this point to ensure the final design is something that all parties are happy with.

Final Design: The final design will include accurate measurements and elevations, entire product and material list, entire plant list and labour costs.

Once the customer has a final design it is their choice on who does the construction which University Landscaping is more than willing to do. By offering both Design and Construction this ensures the project is practical and accurate. The final goal being a beautiful and functional yard that meets and excededs everyones expectations!
